تحلیل رفتار رانت‌خواری براساس بازی‌های تکراری

چکیده

رانت­خواری یک فعالیت غیرمولد جهت دستیابی به درآمد بیشتر است که می­تواند در سازمان­ها میان کارمندان و سازمان به منظور سودآوری بیشتر شکل ‌گیرد. از­این­رو، در این مقاله به دنبال بررسی این رفتار در یک سازمان با استفاده از بازی‌های تکراری هستیم. به عبارت دیگر تعامل میان سازمان و کارمندان به شکل یک بازی چندمرحله‌ای با تکرار نامحدود مدل می‌شود. سپس با توجه به استراتژی‌هایی که سازمان و کارمندانِ سازمان در خصوص رانت‌خواری در پیش می‌گیرند، و با در نظر داشتن شیوه­های پرداخت حقوق و جریمه­ی تعیین شده از سوی سازمان برای کارمند رانت­خوار، نقاط تعادلی و پیامد سازمان و کارمندان بر اساس تاریخچه بازی تعیین می‌شود. در پایان نشان داده می‌شود که در چه شرایطی و با تعیین چه مقدار تنبیه، کارمندان استراتژی رانت خواری را انتخاب نخواهند کرد و همواره رفتار صادقانه خواهند داشت.

چکیده [English]

Rent-seeking is an effort that is formed between a company and its employees to obtain more profit under their tendency to rent-seeking. In this paper, the interaction between a company and its employees is studied by an unlimited multi stage repeated games. According to the strategies of the  company and its employees(the players)- payment and punishment types for rent-seeker employee- subgame perfect equilibrium (SPE) and their payoffs are obtained based on the history of game. Finally it will be proved that based on which condition( the punishment and payment types), the employees do not choose the rent-seeking strategies and behave honestly.
